Kristina holds a B.A. in Media Studies and Production from the Temple University Klein College of Media and Communication in Philadelphia. Go Owls! When she's not in the office, she loves to go on long walks, sing around the house, hangout with her family and two pet guinea pigs, and travel to new places.

The 2019 Women in Retail Leadership Summit kicked off last week with an energetic and powerful keynote presentation from Amy Errett, founder and CEO of Madison Reed, a hair color brand for women. In the opening keynote, titled "One Woman’s Journey to Disrupting a Multibillion Dollar Industry," Errett discussed how she was able — with determination, tenacity, passion and an innovative mind-set — to take on the multibillion dollar hair-dye industry and completely disrupt it.
