Customer Retention: Freshpair.com Launches Subscription Program to Increase Customer Loyalty
Freshpair.com, an online retailer of men’s and women’s underwear and intimates, launched a new subscription program called Freshpair Subscriptions. The program offers automatic shipments of Freshpair merchandise such as underwear, bras, panties, T-shirts, socks and shapewear to repeat customers.
“Freshpair Subscriptions takes care of that often overlooked essential — underwear — in an easy, affordable way that works with every lifestyle,” said Freshpair President Matthew Butlein in a press release. “The goal is to simplify our customers’ lives.”
Freshpair’s customer retention program was launched on OrderGroove, a subscription commerce platform. Through OrderGroove, Freshpair can give shoppers the ability to turn any purchase into a convenient subscription that’s easily managed through their existing account, including clear options for changing or canceling their delivery schedule as they wish. Customers can choose the subscription frequency that’s right for them and subscribe to their favorite items directly from the product detail pages of Freshpair.com. The retailer also provides email notifications for key events to keep customers in complete control of their subscription.
“Freshpair is a retail innovator that’s revolutionizing the way we shop for essentials online,” said Greg Alvo, founder and CEO of OrderGroove, in a company press release. “Freshpair Subscriptions is a game changer for the 70 percent of Americans that wear ‘expired’ undergarments. The advantages to both shoppers and Freshpair are enormous.”
