Over the course of his 11+ years as their COO, he built and led CB Insights to what it is today: the venture industry’s preeminent source of research and intelligence. Jonathan holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a board member and investor in tech startups, venture funds and broadway productions.

Omar Qari, CEO, Logicbroker
Omar is CEO of Logicbroker and a member of the Industry Partner Council at the National Retail Federation. Omar is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software. Prior to joining Logicbroker, Omar was an operating partner at K1 Capital. Omar was also co-founder and CEO of Abacus, another enterprise software business that was acquired by K1 in 2018. Omar pursued his MBA at The Wharton School and studied Computer Science at Wake Forest University. He lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.

Navdeep Sidhu is an accomplished technology and product leader with extensive experience driving strategy, innovation, and growth in enterprise software. As CEO of meshIQ (formerly Nastel Technologies), he leads the company’s vision and execution in delivering observability and control for complex integration and middleware environments. Prior to meshIQ, Navdeep held senior product and strategy roles at Software AG, where he led product strategy and business development for API, integration, and microservices solutions. Earlier in his career, he held product leadership, engineering, and consulting roles at InfluxData, Sterling Commerce, and Deloitte. Navdeep earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Punjabi University and completed executive business leadership studies at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Germany.

Currently the chief marketing officer of JamLoop, Jeff Fagel is a four-time CMO with deep experience across adtech, CTV, and brand marketing. He has held marketing leadership roles at Epsilon and Madhive, helping scale go-to-market strategy, positioning, and marketing across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients. Earlier in his career, Fagel led brand and retail marketing at PepsiCo, Gatorade, Frito-Lay, and ConAgra, experience rooted in the practical challenges brands and local businesses face when connecting with audiences, driving conversion, and proving marketing impact.

Danielle Fairfield, vice president, head of retail, oversees the retail team for NuORDER, a leading global commerce platform that enables retailers and brands to connect, collaborate, and make smarter buying decisions. In her role, she is responsible for understanding the key challenges and complexities that major retailers face in order to help them optimize their merchandising vision, process, and operations. With 20 years of industry expertise, she is uniquely positioned to help retailers understand their pain points and implement longstanding solutions.
Danielle joined NuORDER in early 2020 because she is passionate about how technology can transform the merchandising process. Prior to NuORDER, she worked in retail buying, planning, strategy, and operations at Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay Netherlands, Galeria Kaufhof, and Lord & Taylor. During her retail tenure, Mrs. Fairfield led merchandising process transformations, launched new technological solutions, and managed some of the biggest brand portfolios across a variety of categories.
