Redcats USA Names New President & CEO
New York, NY – February 12, 2010 – On January 4, 2010, Sylvain Desjonquères was officially appointed President & CEO of Redcats USA, a multi-channel, web-driven home-shopping leader. Sylvain will be responsible for leading all of the brands in the Redcats USA portfolio, including: AVENUE®, Woman Within®, Jessica London®, Roaman's®, KingSize®, BrylaneHome®, BrylaneHome® Kitchen, OneStopPlus.com®, The Sportsman's Guide® and The Golf Warehouse®.
Sylvain has more than 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. Most recently, Sylvain served as Chief Executive Officer of La Halle (Vivarte Group), a French fashion retail chain with 500 stores. Prior to this, he held senior level marketing and sales positions with Orangina, Kraft, Reckitt Benckiser and Loréal. Sylvain also has experience in strategic consulting with The Boston Consulting Group.
Born in Switzerland, Sylvain has lived in several places including the United Kingdom and France. He has traveled extensively for business in the United States, Latin America and Asia. Sylvain obtained his M.B.A. from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
Sylvain’s office will be located in New York City at Redcats USA’s corporate headquarters.
