Welcome to The ROI Report, the improved, expanded and repositioned Catalog Success: Tactics & Tips. Our new biweekly e-letter carries on the editorial mission of its predecessor, but naturally, with some noteworthy improvements.
Consistent with the changeover in our June edition from the former Catalog Success to All About ROI: Retail/catalog Online Integration, our primary focus is now about integrating your sales channels. Although articles will still cover catalogs, direct marketing and online marketing, we're broadening our focus to also include traditional retailing and brand marketing — all with the proper coordination of sales channels in mind.
