Looking to capitalize on the crafting craze, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores is partnering with the Craft Retail Group to launch TV programming dedicated specifically to crafting. The "TV shopping experience" with daily featured shows is scheduled to launch Dec. 29.
