Leesport, Pa.-based Fleetwood Fixtures recently announced that Darrell Helms, CEO of Fleetwood, Mindy Gehris, president of Fleetwood, are implementing strategic changes to augment its leadership team. Helms will assume the role of chairman, and Gehris will become the vice chairman, global service strategies. Don Doherty, former CFO of Fleetwood, will rejoin the company as CEO and president, as well as the newest member of the board of directors.
