Home furnishings retailer Restoration Hardware is reorganizing its leadership team to better align with the company's new strategy to develop new lines of business, including apparel, accessories, footwear and jewelry, while maintaining its existing home business.

CORTE MADERA, Calif. — Restoration Hardware Holdings filed plans to return to the public stock market. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said it intends to offer up to $150 million in common shares to repay debt and for general corporate purposes. Restoration Hardware had been a publicly traded company for about 10 years beginning in 1998. In June 2008, it was acquired by private-equity firm Catterton Partners in a $179 million buyout.
