Sarah Fournier-Gonzalez is the vice president of sales, North America, for Opia, an innovative sales promotion agency that creates, executes and oversees dynamic campaigns for clients in a wide range of vertical markets.
Sarah is a high-performing business leader with a proven record in sales, marketing, and business development. Known for building strong, lasting relationships with major global brands, she excels at leading teams and executing strategic initiatives that consistently drive revenue, growth, and measurable client success.
In her current role, Sarah is energized by the opportunity to develop and implement creative sales programs that are instrumental in helping clients achieve their goals. She is especially passionate about cultivating and mentoring a high-caliber team, a group she describes as talented, hardworking, and dedicated to delivering results. Sarah is a graduate of Bentley University, where she earned a degree in Marketing. She further strengthened her leadership expertise through Yale University’s Women’s Leadership Program. She has received multiple honors, including Opia’s Global Superstar Award (2021) and Best Team Award (2024).
Sarah demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen as a child, launching her first official business, complete with a brick-and-mortar storefront. Her venture, and passion for commerce, was a clear indicator of her impressive business capability even as a young child.
