Mobile Apps to Generate $1.6B in Revenue in 2010

Mobile applications will generate nearly $1.6 billion in revenue in the United States this year, according to a new study by the Yankee Group. According to the report, there are several factors which include the increase of smartphone shipments, more application stores and more expensive applications.
