Best Buy is facing new discrimination allegations just one week after settling a class-action lawsuit. The electronics retailer is being accused of widespread racial and ethnic customer profiling in Washington, D.C. and Virginia. The suit, which was filed by law firm Clinton & Peed, seeks to end Best Buy's racial profiling practices, as well as compensation for an Arab American Muslim manager who was fired for speaking out against the company's practices.
