Ya Wen is senior vice president of global marketplaces and North America at Payoneer, where he leads strategic relationships with some of the world’s largest marketplace platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and TikTok. With more than 26 years of experience across technology, ecommerce and cross-border commerce, Ya brings deep expertise in marketplace strategy, seller operations and international expansion.

Before joining Payoneer, Ya spent nine years at Amazon, including as General Manager of US Global Selling, where he helped US-based SMBs expand internationally through Amazon. Previously, he held product marketing and commercial market strategy roles at Microsoft. He also worked in Silicon Valley as an IT and management consultant and solution architect. Ya holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
