Courtney Graybill
Courtney Graybill is Vice President, Personalization and Marketing Technology at Kohl’s, responsible for delivering the most connected and rewarding customer experience through customer-centric decision making, thereby accelerating growth in retention, loyalty, and profit. She has a passion for driving innovation and change by connecting diverse functions, activating cross-functional collaboration, and fostering a culture of solution-oriented growth.
Prior to Kohl’s, Courtney was the Vice President, Customer Experience & Product Management at David’s Bridal, where she was responsible for driving customer and business value by leveraging technology through innovation, data-driven decision making, and omni-channel initiatives. She led various high profile initiatives including designing/building a clienteling app for store associates, website redesign and replatform, connected mobile and messaging experiences, and technology/customer experience portfolio management.Â
Courtney has Strategy/Management Consulting experience at Booz & Co where she led channel strategy, DTC marketing/go-to-market strategy and implementation, supply chain and operational transformations. She also spent eight years at Merck & Co. with experience leading manufacturing operations, new product launches, technology transfer, and supply chain management.
She received her MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Wharton Business School as a prestigious Palmer Scholar and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.Â
