Celia Bertsch
As a client director at CBX, Celia is the kind of person who finds the passion in creative collaboration and new ways of thinking, all while getting things done. She works hand-in-hand with creative and strategy teams to bring brands to life, guiding work with energy, curiosity, and zero fear of the unknown.
Her experience spans a mix of powerhouse names and scrappy up-and-comers, including Target, Church & Dwight, Litehouse Inc., Merck, and U.S. Bank. Branding is in her blood — literally. Raised in a creative, advertising-obsessed household, Celia has always believed in the magic of a great brand and the importance of fresh, bold thinking. With a B.A. in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, she brings the mix of strategic smarts and creative instinct to every challenge. When she’s not wrangling timelines or concept decks, Celia is probably elbow-deep in soil, tending to her collection of 100+ rare plants (yes, really — she’s lost count). She’s also a passionate traveler, adventurous cook, loyal volunteer at GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center, and unapologetic fan of sarcasm, puns, and all things offbeat.
