Allison Raley

Allison Raley is a partner at law firm Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, leader of its Global Trade & Sanctions team, and co-chair of its Emerging Technologies industry team and Women in Tech Law group. A former global technology general counsel and chief compliance officer for a financial services company, she brings a distinct business-focused approach to her client representation. She also draws on her experience as both outside and in-house counsel to help businesses manage U.S. and global regulatory audit response and risk assessments.
