While the COVID-19 pandemic has turned the world upside down, the current climate also offers leaders a unique opportunity to examine their relationships with friends, employees and customers, and then reset and ultimately improve how they they communicate with them.
This was a key point highlighted during Cindy Solomon's Surviving and Thriving During Disruption webinar, which was designed to help leaders navigate these uncertain times with courage, skill and finesse. In the webinar, Solomon, who is speaking at the upcoming 2020 Women in Retail Leadership Summit, shares relevant techniques and best practices to help you be the most productive, courageous leader you can be.
"Weirdly, this is a wonderful time to get rid of old assumptions about yourself and think about not just how to maintain relationships, but how to build them and deepen them as well," Solomon said. "This is an opportunity for you to think with a fresh perspective about how you're communicating, and how [to improve your communication skills] to build and deepen those relationships."
