Listen in as Chase discusses the history of the brand, her career background, and how ELOQUII fills a gap in the market for quality plus-sized apparel. She shares how the brand is communicating with its customers during the coronavirus pandemic, focusing on its brand values to be authentic and real.

Chase explains the type of feedback ELOQUII is receiving from customers at this time, how the COVID-19 crisis has affected the business, and why social influencers are a critical piece in its marketing mix. She notes that because of the lockdown, ELOQUII is now using its influencers as models on its e-commerce site, embracing the creativity of its diverse community, and the positive results the brand is seeing from this initiative. Lastly, Chase shares her thoughts about changing consumer behavior and how ELOQUII is going to continue listening to its customers to evolve the business.

Prior to leading ELOQUII, Mariah Chase most recently co-founded Send the Trend, an e-commerce site for fashion accessories and prestige beauty items that was acquired by QVC in 2012.
