ACI Worldwide’s joint report with Ovum, 2018 Global Payments Insight Survey: Merchants, discusses how retailers and other merchants are tackling challenges in an industry where a consumer’s experience with customer service is now held to the highest standard. This survey is the third portion of this research series and highlights some of the key findings from the fourth year of this research.
