Parish brings nearly 20 years of regional and global management experience to her role, including positions at Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Victoria’s Secret. Most recently, she served as the CEO at GLU Girls Like You, a teen-focused clean beauty and wellness company. Parish has a proven track record in successful brand development, marketing, and e-commerce by building multifaceted teams and honing in on the balance of analytics and creativity to bring brand vision to life.

Throughout her career, Parish has been honored as Forbes CMO Next 50 Most Disruptive Marketers, High Times Female 50, and Brand Innovator’s 100 Most Innovative Women in Brand Marketing. In her personal life, she is an advocate for women and children empowerment, serving on the Women’s Board for the Columbus Museum of Art and on the Horizon Member and Marketing Board at Safe Horizon. Parish has a BA from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing and a minor in French. Parish and her family currently reside in Columbus, Ohio.
