Neiman Marcus is rebranding its contemporary departments within each of the 42 Neiman Marcus stores as Cusp shop-in-shops. Neiman Marcus first launched the Cusp brand in 2006 with two freestanding stores that offered consumers a contemporary assortment including apparel, shoes, handbags and accessories in a boutique environment. The brand has grown over time and now includes a total of six Cusp stores and Cusp.com. 

Clad, a new e-commerce partnership between J.C. Penney and Esquire magazine, will launch later this month. Clad will debut with labels including Michael Kors, Jack Spade, Rag & Bone, Cole Haan, Redwing, Vince, Seven for All Mankind, Citizens of Humanity, Joe’s Jeans, Hickey Freeman, Ben Sherman, Levi’s, Tumi, Malin + Goetz, Billy Jealousy and Kale Naturals.

Kellwood announced its acquisition of Zobha, a high-performance yoga/fitness apparel and accessories company, according to Michael Kramer, president and CEO of Kellwood. Zobha is the first activewear business to join Kellwood's growing portfolio. Zobha, based out of Mill Valley, Calif., designs for individuals who lead active lifestyles and want clothing that is both functional and stylish.
