A former eBay and PayPal executive who went on to lead Google's commerce initiatives has joined the Board of Directors of fashion brand Coach. Stephanie Tilenius was at eBay Inc. for nine years, ultimately as SVP of and global product. She went on to become vice president of global commerce and payments overseeing digital commerce, product search and payments at Google. Google was sued by PayPal over claims it misappropriated trade secrets from PayPal’s mobile payment business. Osama Bedier, a former PayPal executive now at Google, stole PayPal’s confidential information, the company said in the lawsuit filed yesterday in state court in San Jose, California.
