The Bon-Ton Stores Inc. vice chairman Tony Buccina will retire in Feb. 2013 after being with the company for more than 20 years. Buccina was Bon-Ton’s vice chairman and president of merchandising. The announcement of Buccina’s retirement is joined by the company’s announcement that Luis Fernandez will become its first executive vice president and chief marketing officer starting on May 7.
