John J. Cunningham

A federal judge in Kansas has sentenced the former CEO of the Retail Grocers Association to more than three years in prison for stealing $1.3 million. John J. Cunningham got a 46-month sentence after pleading guilty previously to three counts of wire fraud and one count of money laundering.
