A decommissioned church that housed the notorious Limelight nightclub until it was converted into a marketplace is about to undergo another transformation — changing from an indoor mall into a single department store, according to its owner Jack Menashe.

Such is the hype surrounding Limelight Marketplace, a 25,000 square foot facility housed in a 163-year-old Episcopal church most famous for being the raucous Limelight nightclub in the late '80s/early '90s.
