Los Angeles–based retailer and manufacturer American Apparel saw its total net sales for December rise 15 percent to $56.3 million. 
Total net sales for the quarter increased 10 percent to $157.9 million. 
The company saw a 25 percent surge in comp-store sales for its online division and an 11 percent increase in same-store sales in its bricks-and-mortar stores in December. Net sales in the company’s wholesale division increased 25 percent in December.
