Wayne, N.J.-based Toys "R" Us Inc. is planning to implement solar energy systems at two of its New Jersey properties. The toy giant's Flanders distribution center will be outfitted with a 20-acre rooftop solar panel, which will cover 70 percent of the center's 1,281,000-sq.-ft. roof. Toys "R" Us also is installing rooftop solar panels at its superstore in Secaucus, a building that houses side-by-side Babies "R" Us and Toys "R" Us stores. The solar energy systems will produce more than 6.3 million kilowatt hours of electricity annually. Additionally, the 5.38 megawatt system will generate 72 percent of the electricity
