Glenwillow, Ohio-based fast-fashion retailer Dots LLC will open a new flagship store in Bronx, N.Y., on Nov. 10. The new store will be located within the Bay Plaza Shopping Center. In addition to this location, Dots plans to open 45 new locations and remodel 70 existing locations in 2012. Currently, the company operates more than 400 stores in 28 states.
