USPS Seriously Considers Another 'Summer Sale'

The USPS is anticipating launching a 2010 version of the “Summer Sale.” The latest news is that a USPS filing with the Postal Regulatory Commission for this incentive is expected at the end of this month or early next month. This coming incentive is very similar to the prior one.

By and large, attendees at industry conferences throughout at least the first half of this year had something of a bewildered look. Kind of a “What the hell am I supposed to do now?” sort of thing going on. Then again, so too did just about anyone in this country amid the brutal recession.
