Since establishing the flagship event, GRO Retail (formerly Completely Retail Marketplace), in 2012, Rebecca has transformed it into the UK’s leading event for retail property leasing. As a key figure in the company from its inception, she has played an integral role in shaping business strategy while ensuring its day-to-day operations run smoothly. Rebecca holds a degree in International Event Management from Brighton University.
