Kristen Baird joined Interactions in 2014 and currently serves as the Senior Director, Insights & Analytics.

Under Kristen’s direction, Interactions provides our retail partners and brands with insights to better enable their strategic decisions around how to engage and create meaningful relationships with shoppers. Since taking the lead of Interactions’ Analytics in 2014, Kristen has helped to create alignment with our retail and brand partners, through a strategic annual planning process. She has also developed robust and insightful reporting standards through our proprietary RetailLogic system, which allows for more effective program management and continuous improvement of results.

Prior to her current role at Interactions, Kristen worked at Interactions’ parent company, Daymon Worldwide as Director of Marketing and Analytical Services. She has 20 years of retail experience, creating marketing and merchandising strategies to connect customers with brands.
