Zale chief joins Express board

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Express has named Theo Killion has been appointed to its board of directors as a Class III director. Killion is CEO and a director of Zale Corp. Michael Weiss, chairman of the board and the company's president and CEO commented: "I am delighted to welcome Theo to the board and look forward to working with him again.
