Stein Mart, Inc. Reports April 2011 Sales

Stein Mart, Inc. (Nasdaq:SMRT) today reported comparable store sales for the four-week period ended April 30, 2011 increased 4.2 percent. Total sales for the period were $96.0 million, an increase of 3.3 percent from $92.9 million in the same period in 2010. For the first quarter, comparable store sales increased by 1.5 percent.
