Despite the uncertain economy, a key revenue measure at Signet Jewelers Ltd. rose about 10 percent in August and September. The company said Tuesday that revenue in stores open at least one year were "broadly in line" with the 9.9 percent increase the company reported in the May-July quarter. This figure is a key gauge of a retailer's health because it excludes results from stores recently opened or closed.
