PayPal to Open Customer Service Center to Support its Global Growth

PayPal has opened its new customer service and operations center in Chandler, Ariz. The new facility will employ "up to" 2,000 new employees. eBay cut 10 percent of its global workforce in 2008, and had further layoffs in 2009.
