Mothercare PLC Announces Changes On CEO And Chairman Posts

Mothercare plc announced the appointment of Mr. Simon Calver as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Calver will join the Mothercare board as CEO on 30 April 2012 at which time Mr. Alan Parker will resume his role as non-executive Chairman.
