Levi Strauss Drafts New Supplier Terms

Denim giant Levi Strauss & Co. is working on new terms of engagement for its suppliers, with plans to go beyond factory compliance. The company said it will require contract factories to help make employees’ lives better by supporting programs for their workers that align with UN Millennium Development goals.
