Knockoffs on eBay - Supreme Court Denies Tiffany's Petition

Tiffany & Co will have to live with the way eBay handles knockoffs after the Supreme Court denied on Monday its petition to review lower court rulings that favored eBay. The District Court that heard the Tiffany versus eBay lawsuit found in favor of eBay on all claims in 2008, and this spring, the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court ruling.
