Home furnishings firm sues Kohl’s Department Stores for $900,000

A home furnishings importer and manufacturer is suing Kohl’s Department Stores for almost $900,000, claiming the retailer failed to pay the company for goods ordered, sold the goods at lower-than-authorized prices and canceled parts of its orders.
