Green Mountain Coffee Roasters to acquire Van Houtte for $890 million

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc., Waterbury, Vt., announced that it has executed a share purchase agreement pursuant to which GMCR will acquire all the outstanding shares of LJVH Holdings, Inc. (Van Houtte), from an affiliate of Littlejohn & Co.
