Family Dollar Profit Up 23%

LONDON -- Family Dollar Stores Inc. said Wednesday that its fiscal fourth-quarter net profit rose 23% to $74 million, or 56 cents a share, from $60.1 million, or 43 cents a share, a year earlier.
