Edwin Watts acquires Double Eagle Golf

Edwin Watts Golf Shops said Monday it has acquired Double Eagle Golf in Cordova, Tenn. The 11,800-sq.-ft. will be converted to the Edwin Watts banner. This announcement follows Edwin Watts’ multi-year agreement with Sears to open 12 “store-within-a-store” retail locations inside Sears stores nationwide. The retailer also recently acquired five retail stores through Southern Golf Partners.Edwin Watts Golf Shops currently operates about 70 retail stores.
