eBay Ramps up GSI Call Center for Large Retailers

News site Florida Today reports eBay is ramping up GSI Commerce's call center for the holiday shopping season. eBay acquired GSI Commerce this year for $2.4 billion. At the time of the acquisition-announcement in March, GSI Commerce helped power ecommerce sites for 180 large retailers and brands, including Calvin Klein, ToysRUs and Dick's Sporting Goods. GSI operates call centers and fulfillment centers on behalf of its clients.
