eBay, Amazon Among Companies Sued Over Patent Dispute

Walker Digital has filed 15 lawsuits in Delaware against more than 100 defendants including Microsoft, eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Wal-Mart, Groupon, Apple, Sony and Google. The company said it filed the lawsuits "to stop the unauthorized use of its intellectual property rights and to recover its substantial investment in innovation."
