Shoephoria, a cross-channel stock locator system that DSW implemented earlier this year, allows in-store customers to order shoes from the dsw.com e-commerce site when the store doesn't have their size in stock. Shoephoria has led to euphoria: "This system is creating additional sales and allowing us to serve our customers better," said DSW president and CEO Michael MacDonald during a recent conference call discussing the company's Q2 financial results.
