Abercrombie & Fitch director Rosholt resigns

A director of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. has resigned, making two unfilled vacancies in the boardroom. The New Albany-based apparel retailer in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing said Robert Rosholt had left the companys board but gave no reason.
