Fossil Group Makes Executive Changes

Fossil Group Inc. recently announced the resignation of Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer Dennis Secor. He joined the company in December 2012. Fossil Group also announced that Jeffrey Boyer, currently a member of the company’s board of directors, has been appointed executive vice president, CFO and treasurer, effective Oct. 16.

“We're pleased to welcome Jeff to his new role,” said Kosta Kartsotis, Fossil’s CEO. “As a valued member of our board of directors for the last 10 years, his guidance has been critical to our success. In his new role, Jeff’s experience, expertise and leadership will be invaluable as we continue transitioning to New World Fossil.”

Boyer has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Pier 1 Imports, Inc. since June 2015. Prior to joining Pier 1 Imports, Boyer served as executive vice president, chief administrative officer and chief financial officer for Tuesday Morning Corporation from September 2013 until June 2015.
